1. DIFFUSE – Add few drops in a diffuser or humidifier to witness relaxation, mood enhancement and to clear indoor pollutants.
2. MASSAGE/ APPLICATION – Mix 30 – 40 drops of Essential Oil in 50 ml of a base or carrier oil and apply a small quantity near your temples, the nape of your neck, behind the ears and pulse points.
